SAUCES:
Herb Dressing
This is a commonly used dressing
in all Middle Eastern countries.
- 1 gill yogurt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 celery leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika pepper
- 1 tablespoon mint, finely chopped
Beat yogurt a few times and add lemon and orange juice. Stir
well, then add all other ingredients. Whisk for 5 minutes before
serving.
