Istikhara after rejected marriage proposal
Dua for Istikhaarah
Dear sir I would like to ask you that I've wanted to marry a girl I loved but she rejected my question. Then I did a lot istikhara and selat el'layel after that my families showed me a girl whom I should marry. Then I prayed istikhara n selat el layel and the next day I saw a dream that a girl I loved at first moment. What would it mean? Please tell me the result it would be. Thanks.

AsSalaamu 'alaikum Brother Seid,
Istikhara is not based on dreams. If you feel any attraction towards the new girl that your family found for you, then pray Istikhara again regarding her (the new girl). If after the Istikhara you still feel the attraction towards her, then go ahead and marry her--that would be the result of your istikhara, inshaAllah.

I hope your doing well, it looks like allah answered your dua and bought you this new girl. Istikhara isn't always about dreams and the dream you had could be only you wanting this girl to be the one. Make dua and ask allah to guide you. In shaa Allah all our duas gets accepted and may allah bring us spouses that bring coolness to our eyes and may there help us complete our deen.
